Everything about our food and service is connected, which allows us to harmoniously blend our modern cuisine with the historic spirit of one of France's most beautiful villages.

Chef Nick Honeyman & Family

Chef Nick Honeyman from New Zealand has previously worked extensively throughout France at such restaurants as L'Astrance and L'Arpege. He also has his own restaurant, Paris Butter, in Auckland, New Zealand. Nick is bringing his passion for classic french food & innovative cooking together, sourcing everything locally where possible.

Sina has joined her husband in recent years as restaurant manager. The German native has a diverse background in fashion and marketing yet feels right at home in her new role and in Saint-Léon. Sina is also a trained sommelier and will happily advise you on your wine selection.
